About This Site

Welcome to the maintenance page for Akamai Enterprise Application Access (EAA). This public page is used to communicate maintenance for the EAA platform. You can subscribe to maintenance notices using the above link.

The maintenance page has been broken down in to components to allow you to subscribe to updates that apply to you. "Cloud Zones" are where your applications reside and where you deploy them to The "Management" section will apply to all, these are the components that allow you to manage your EAA deployment.

Planned Management Services Maintenance Dec 6, 2025 02:30-06:30 UTC

Scheduled - We will be performing planned maintenance on our Enterprise Application Access (EAA) Cloud, the EAA service will remain operational during this time and end-users utilising SMS or Email TOTP may experience minor delays when accessing applications. These disruptions, if encountered, will last less than 15 minutes. No other end-user disruptions or performance degradations are expected.

During this planned maintenance administrators will not be able to access the administration portal to make configuration changes.
