About This Site

Welcome to the maintenance page for Akamai Enterprise Application Access (EAA). This public page is used to communicate maintenance for the EAA platform. You can subscribe to maintenance notices using the above link.

The maintenance page has been broken down in to components to allow you to subscribe to updates that apply to you. "Cloud Zones" are where your applications reside and where you deploy them to The "Management" section will apply to all, these are the components that allow you to manage your EAA deployment.

This page is integrated with https://www.akamaistatus.com which is used for reporting service incidents, any EAA related incidents announced from that page will also appear here under the "Akamaistatus.com" component.

CANCELLED: Planned EAA Connector Upgrade
Completed - The Enterprise Application Access (EAA) connector upgrade that was previously scheduled for Saturday, April 11th, between 02:00 and 10:00 UTC has been rescheduled. The new maintenance date is currently being finalized.

Please stay tuned for further notifications regarding the revised maintenance date.
