About This Site

Welcome to the maintenance page for Akamai Enterprise Application Access (EAA). This public page is used to communicate maintenance for the EAA platform. You can subscribe to maintenance notices using the above link.

The maintenance page has been broken down in to components to allow you to subscribe to updates that apply to you. "Cloud Zones" are where your applications reside and where you deploy them to The "Management" section will apply to all, these are the components that allow you to manage your EAA deployment.

Planned Cloud Zone Application Maintenance [Tokyo-Client] Jul 31, 2026 14:00-20:00 UTC

During this maintenance window we will be optimizing the failover DPOP configuration for a subset of EAA applications deployed in this Cloud Zone, providing improved failover performance, resilience, and recovery time.

This migration will run in phases during the maintenance window and may result in a brief application downtime of up to 5 minutes while your EAA connector(s) re-establish dial-out connections following redeployment.

Application deployments to this Cloud Zone may experience a slight delay during this maintenance window.
