We will be performing planned maintenance on our Enterprise Application Access (EAA) Cloud. The service will remain operational during the maintenance window, but end-users may experience minor disruptions when accessing applications. These disruptions, if encountered, will last less than 15 minutes.

As part of this maintenance, we will be also updating the IP Addresses of the EAA service. Please ensure you have reviewed your firewall configuration as depending on your firewall configuration additional steps may be required:

* If you are not restricting connectors outbound access: No action is needed.
* If you are restricting connectors outbound access by FQDN: No action is required.
* If you are restricting connectors outbound access by IP address: Please ADD all the CIDRs that are listed in https://techdocs.akamai.com/eaa/docs/allowlist-for-accessing-eaa-service without removing any previously implemented IP based rules.
