We are enhancing the infrastructure for the EAA Management components to provide a more scalable and high-performing experience for our growing customer base. The service will remain operational during this time but EAA administrators may experience intermittent issues in accessing the portal.
As part of this upgrade, the Management POP will begin utilizing additional IP addresses. If your organization uses IP addresses for whitelisting outbound access, please ensure the new IP addresses are added to your firewall's allow list before the effective date. Failure to do so will result in connector downtime and Akamai Client connectivity issues. For the list of new IP addresses, please refer https://techdocs.akamai.com/eaa/docs/allowlist-for-accessing-eaa-service.
If you whitelist outbound access using domain names only, no action is required.
