Please note that due to technical reasons, this maintenance applies to only Clientless based applications and there will be a separate maintenance scheduled for Client based applications.

During this maintenance window we will be upgrading our capacity in our Tokyo Cloud Zone and applies to Clientless based applications.

The upgrade process should take about 10 to 20 minutes, during which some users may need to re-authenticate. We recommend not deploying applications during this short interval.

As part of the upgrade process, we will be also updating the IP Addresses of the EAA service. Please ensure you have reviewed your firewall configuration as depending on your firewall configuration additional steps may be required:

* If you are not restricting connectors outbound access: No action is needed.
* If you are restricting connectors outbound access by FQDN: No action is required.
* If you are restricting connectors outbound access by IP address: Please ADD all the CIDRs that are listed under the March 2024 section without removing any previously implemented IP based rules. The CIDRs can be found here: https://techdocs.akamai.com/eaa/docs/allowlist-for-accessing-eaa-service
